Space is limited.  If limit is reached tickets will be refunded.  Purchases are non-refundable.  All attendees must be 18 to attend and 21 years of age to join the happy hour.  Travel and hotel arrangements to/from San Antonio are the responsibility of the student and are not provided by Apartment Educators. 

The individual agreeing to this release in favor of R&D Education LLC dba Apartment Educators (“Apartment Educators”), and its contractors, suppliers, affiliates, and each of their respective owners, members, managers, officers, employees and other personnel.

Confidential Information:   I acknowledge that the information that is provided to me as part of the Event, including information made available by inspection of real estate, may be defined as “Confidential Information” of Apartment Educators in my Agreement with them for subscription information services, and if that is the case, I agree to comply with the confidentiality terms, and other restrictions and conditions applicable to the use of “Content,” that are stated in those terms. 

Liability Release:  I acknowledge that the Event premises is not owned or controlled by Apartment Educators and agrees that Apartment Educators is not liable for injury, or theft, damage or loss of my property, except to the extent such loss results from Apartment Educators’ own negligence or misconduct.

Media Release

I consent to Apartment Educator’s use of my name, image (in photographic or video form), and voice recording, without compensation to me, as part of Apartment Educators’ publicity and marketing efforts, including by publication on its website(s), social media (such as Facebook, Twitter), release to press for publication on traditional and online news publications, in marketing brochures, and other materials.  I acknowledge that any statements that I give to Apartment Educators or to the press regarding Apartment Educators may be quoted in whole or in part, and attributed to me by name, in Apartment Educators publicity and marketing materials or in the news publications, without compensation to me.
